- o parentservices@hcas.com.tw for purchasing the proper uniform, updating Information (phone number, e-mail address, nationality, etc.), and reporting absences, lateness, and early leave
- The role of Parent Services is to improve communication with our school parents and assist in directing issues to relevant school personnel. Their role is not to solve the issue. For issues that should be addressed by the teacher, please send an e-mail directly to the teacher. Please contact Parent Services if you are not comfortable emailing the teacher or Head of Department or require translation support and further assistance. Also contact Parent Services for updating information (phone number, e-mail address, nationality, etc.). The information will be relayed to our registrar, who maintains these records.

- If you are a former student of HCAS and would like to request a copy of your report card or official transcript (graduates only), please send an e-mail to Walker_Chen@hcas.com.tw. Please allow five business days for processing. A fee may be associated, depending on the request.
